Join us for On Track Saluda's first class of the new year: Pilates & Soup: Flex & Fuel!—a fun, introductory class to Mat Pilates, a full-body, low-impact workout done on a yoga mat. This class is all about building strength and flexibility through core-focused moves that enhance stamina, balance, and agility. After a gentle standing warm-up, we’ll flow through exercises that are accessible for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro.


But that’s not all—after class, stick around and mingle while On Track Saluda serves up a delicious selection of healthy, warming soups to refuel your body and soul.
